Summer Positions:
Old Vermilion Trail is looking for dependable, friendly, and energetic individuals to join our team for the summer and fall season! We are currently hiring for two part-time positions to help keep our facility running smoothly. Both positions run through the end of September.
Position 1: Clubhouse Counter Person
If you are organized, tech-savvy and enjoy interacting with people, this is the perfect role for you. You will be the face of the clubhouse, assisting members and keeping your summer league organized.
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – 11:45 am to approximately 8:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately handle cash and sales transactions for targets and ammunition.
- Track and record scores for Summer League.
- Perform other general clubhouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be dependable, reliable and friendly.
- Basic computer skills and comfortable using Google Sheets and Docs.
Position 2: Outside Groundskeeper – Maintainance
Love spending your days outdoors? We are looking for someone to help maintain our beautiful property. This is a perfect job for an energetic high school student or a retired person looking to stay active.
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – Approximately 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (additional hours may be available as needed).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain facility grounds.
- Weed whipping, raking, and general outdoor upkeep
- Assist in keeping the machines full of targets.
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Pheasant Hunting Guides Needed
Old Vermilion Trail is looking for hunting guides to help with the fall pheasant hunt season. Applicants should have hunting experience and be able to work either early mornings or early afternoons.
